Lab Civils

I will start my review with a simple heading of " RIPPED OFF" after requesting a quote on the BARK website, LAB civils was one of 3 quotes, the promise of the speedy delivery of the project and the talk that was given to me by the Director James and how professional the work would be, even though the price was the highest, i chose to use the services of LAB. this was a great mistake after the completion of the project. the project consisted of new fence, porcelain patio and 2 concrete bases for sheds. the fence was installed unevenly, the concrete bases were concreted in a very bad state, not square not flat not level and a lot lower than the grass. the most serious issue is the porcelain patio. the complete procedure was wrong from start, as i have found out since, i have made enquiries from different landscapers and all agree that the patio was installed incorrectly. it appears that LAB has no experience in laying porcelain tiles. the project was completed around mid June 21 and already the tiles are lifting, grout falling, the lime stone sub base is being washed out and the entire patio needs to be completely removed and installed correctly. i trusted James and was promised a 1st class job. unfortunately, the job has no class. James's words were "we are not a couple of gipsies from round the corner" Click on photos above to see all the mess. i approached LAB Civils for the correction work, i was told that they were only prepared to come back and stick down the loose tiles. VERY SAD. i would not trust this company at all. the agreed area tio be tiled was 78sqm but only delivered 65sqm approx. when this was mentioned, i was told the grout lines should be included in the area. this was beyond taking the P...s my family and I are now left with this mess after paying 18,000 and now to have the correction carried out, i am being quoted 8,000. this is the cheapest quote so far.

Poor customer service, lack of communication during & post service. I would not recommend Send them 5 emails , called them every day for 3 weeks , email every member of the team to let them about the issue I had post service, they replied once after 3 weeks . That they will come back to me and nothing yet
