Very rude staff refusing to do task in hand, send v62 form wanting me to buy surplus stuff from shop to send when dvla insist post office need to submit not post the form yet Laura extremely rude not taking ones mental health into consideration and more bothered trying to force purchases very discriminatory especially after expressing I weren't understanding needs closing tbh
