Such amazing customer service. I emailed just to see how long a product would take to get to me, I explained the item was to help my 1 year old daughter with her physiotherapy exercises. Shaun very quickly emailed back and said hed rang the factory to get them to send it asap. I ordered on the Thursday and it was with us by the Saturday. Would definitely recommend, thank you very much Shaun

Great service from Start to finish, We purchased a climbing frame for HOP last August for our Childrens play cafe, and last week one of the soft play items became faulty the zip broke. I emailed them and a lovely lady by the name of Holly Wilson (Service Manager) took charge of our issue. She arranged for the item to be collected next day and the item came back today fix total turn around 5days. Amazing service. Would recommend HOP.

Purchased a soft rocking seat for my disabled son,sold as new but delivered in a black bin bag which I thought was strange for a professional company. Attempted to sit my son on the seat but with his disability wasnt able to spread his legs wide enough to be able to straddle the seat so decided had to return. Called the company direct and asked what had to do to return item and get my 168 back. Was abruptly told will accept the return but they have a return policy where they deduct 30% off the total for safe return and re-stock even though we declared no faults!! Couldnt believe the response and was told accept this or nothingcant quite believe that a company that offers products for children with disabilities can be so heartless and without any understanding. We refused to return the item just on principle and will hopefully one day be able to use the chair if my sons dystonea subsides!! So so disappointed!!

Excellent customer service - never disappointed with their customer service, service and repair team or finance. Genuinely very nice people to work with - nothing is too much. Wouldn't look anywhere else for the work they do for me :)
