Eleanor was fantastic with Bobby. Its the first time weve ever left him for more than one night and he has pretty bad separation anxiety. He made sure to keep him occupied and happy. He is also a rescue so has a few quirks but she made sure to stick to everything we mentioned and had no issues. Communication was also great throughout and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family.

From the start Eleanor put our minds at rest about leaving our little Reggie in her care She is so professional from arranging a zoom meet and then a personal meet to get to know you and your pet. She is extremely thorough in her business with an online portal where regular updates are posted. She is such a lovely lady snd we will not hesitate to use Eleanor in the future.

When my dog/house sitter of 10 years standing retired, I had to set about the search for a new one. I found Sitters 4 Pets on a google search and knew from first communication that I was on to winner! The enquiry process was straightforward and the reply was very quick. You can see from the website alone that Eleanor and her team are very professional, well qualified and dedicated. The experience started with a get to know you zoom call and I had the added bonus of learning new technology skills as I had never done a zoom before! Eleanor and I chatted away and she met my boys - Milo, a 12 year old Border Collie Cross and Brodie, a 2 year old Flat Coated Retriever. Despite seeing the paid of them sprawled out over the furniture (!!) Eleanor was happy to take them on! A very comprehensive and thorough profile is built up on line and Sitters 4pets cover every possible question you can think of with regards to not only the dogs but the house , bins and even the wild bird feeders! And it is clearly read and adhered to. A face to face meet was arranged but , sadly, due to circumstances beyond either of our control that couldnt happen so we continued to meet by Zoom and arranged to meet earlier on the day of our departure. It was honestly like meeting an old friend when Eleanor arrived and the boys, I could see, were instant happy in her company. Within a few minutes I was confident that my boys would be in the best and safest of hands. It was also obvious that Eleanor had summed up both boys , and me instantly ( especially Brodie who is now known as aka Numbnut!) Within minutes of arrival Eleanor had cured Brodie of his mouthing and explained to me why I needed to stop him mouthing! We were away on a cruise for 12 nights. Every day, including day 1, I received at least 2 video updates on the boys, as well as photos. Everything Eleanor does with the boys is logged on the SharePortal which can be accessed at any time. ( unfortunately - unless you pay exorbitant prices for wi-fi on a ship, I was unable to access the share portal until I was on dry land. But the package I had on board meant that Eleanor and I could keep in contact through WhatsApp)And when I say everything is logged , I mean everything! Any problems or ideas were discussed immediately- for example, Eleanor was taking the boys to a private field for exercise ( and training) and she was aware that Milo was struggling to get in snd out of the car. She duly organised trying him with a ramp, which I had contemplated and never done anything about, after discussing it with me. Milo now uses the ramp and is much much happier getting in and out of the car! As for Brodie ( aka Numbnut) Eleanor has cured him of all his bad habits ( that I have let him get away with for too long - I told you she had very quickly summed me up!!) and has instructed me on how to maintain this good behaviour on my return! He has always had this potential but I have not been consistent in reaching it! I have returned to 2 very happy, relaxed, contented and healthy boys and a lovely clean and tidy house and I am so so glad I found Sitters 4 Pets and Eleanor! It is always stressful leaving your dogs for any length of time, especially after 2 years ( pandemic) never being apart from them - and never having left Brodie at all! The professionalism, friendliness and dedication provided by Sitters 4 Pets ( in this case Eleanor) has made our holiday even more enjoyable and relaxing. I have never been more confident in leaving my boys with anyone. Eleanor is an ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR! She has done an amazing job, has lived and cared for my boys as if they were her own, has kept my Milo happy and relaxed ( he can be a bit anxious), has turned my attention seeking loveable rogue into a polite fun loving loveable rogue and has taught me so so much- including technology! ! I know this is a long tome to read but I wanted to highlight the excellence of the care the boys and I have experienced! We all feel so lucky to count Sitters 4 Pets as friends.Thanks so so much!

We were so comfortable leaving Winston in Eleanors care. She has such a professional approach to her business and made sure that we were fully updated re: Winston during our time away. This included messaging updates to my sister when I wasnt able to get reception (as we were on a cruise). We felt so reassured that Winston was being looked after as she sent daily videos and updates. We wouldnt hesitate to book her again - just hope that she will be available. 5 stars - thank you x

Eleanor was yet again fantastic on this her second sit with Finn. She was in regular contact with us throughout the whole process via text and whats-app in event of any updates or queries. We continue to rave about how amazing Eleanor is with her service and cannot praise and recommend Eleanor enough. We are soon to be having a long trip away and Eleanor has given us some brilliant advice on how to lead up to this trip due to our anxieties and in order for Finn to not be distressed during handover and starting the next sit. She is trustworthy, honest, reliable and knows what she is talking about when it comes to dogs. Our house was spotless yet again!! 5 Star service!
