        A friend has had poor customer service from this company. Rude and dismissive, adding on costs at unrealistically high prices. Seems to be poor business leadership and poor attitude towards certain clients. Real shame, as their works seems quite good, all in house and employing local labour. I'm sure they would excel if the execs had some professional coaching and managed customer expectations better. Success can sometimes go to people's heads and breed arrogance. I think I dodged a bullet declining their lazy quotation!

        The team of Motorcraft have assisted me with getting windows placed in the expedition truck Im building myself. The team placed the windows and door beautifully and the windows and door are of a very high quality. I want to thank Rob especially for all the great assistance and guidance. He went above and beyond to get everything arranged and during the days of placement I was even able to borrow a company car. A great thanks to the whole team!
