        shocking management running this facility my advice is stay well clear of placing your loved ones in this home, i called the home each day for 5 days and was promised a call back from the manager so i could discuss my mum staying here and not once did i receive a call the manager who's called Richard could not run a bath never mind a care home complete joke

        It's a true saying " never judge a book by its cover " Today I visited my very special queen for her 90th birthday . The staff in this home are so attentive they go out of there way to make visitors happy with their loved ones which is very difficult during the current covid I phone up every day , being as busy as they are but always take the time to take the phone so I can speak in person . From the outside it looks a little tired but I can assure anybody looking for care for a relative do not be put off by this . It has a lovely manager who over sees the care excellent

        Disgusting is in special measures do to my mother having to be removed after suffering a major black eye and fratured eye socket if the manager would like to reply I will glady arrange a meeting !!! Do not allow these to look after your loved one
