        Ordered an oiled filled radiator, came with missing wall brackets screws , manual, was told a replacement would be sent out but nothing received, return as now been requested,

        An absolute disgrace of a company. They sell products with warranties which they dont honour, they offer refunds and then dont actually process them, they dont respond to emails and you cant call them. Dont waste your time or money on these absolute cowboys.

        Bought a Skotek 20 v hedge trimmer with battery from this company which is a really nice piece of kit. It is powerful for a battery hedge cutter and also the battery lasts a very long time. They have an impeccable customer service team who were very helpful to me. Have just ordered additional spare batteries. I would highly recommend them.

        Unfortunatley this company uses Evri to deliver your puchase Next day delivery can take up to five working days (its in the small print) You cannot phone them (Covid ! ?) They do respond to emails but within 48 hours That doesn't always resolve issues so you have to them email again.and again and again. Thanks Futura Direct at least you have made me laugh because your company is a joke !
