        I have never been motivated or comfortable in a gym situation and was always intimidated away from any I have looked at by my own disabilities, but my days! The multitude of machines here means there is something for everyone, for every ability and the support is second to none. Losing inches steadily and healthily and I adore this place, cannot recommend highly enough.we

        After returning to training after a long time off due to health problems and surgery last night 16/01/23 was my first session back at a gym. Craig the owner made me feel welcome and gave me some great advance on different training methods. Very pleasant experience friendly environment. Cant recommend this gym anymore.
