        Excellent service from the Carcroft branch. Nothing too much trouble they went that extra mile for my mam. Shaun is a true professional. Would highly recommend.

        If you intend to send a floral tribute then chose another funeral director. This firm only had 3 pieces to look after, however somewhere between his premises and the crematorium he lost ours off the casket, which proceeded into the service with a big gap showing on the casket top where the tribute should have been. It was spotted upside down on the hearse floor which then drove off with it still inside , would not recommend.
