We bought 3-4 person tradition sauna 3 years ago. Sauna was delivered quickly and was easy to put together. Customer service after sale has been absolutely outstanding!
We use our sauna most days, and have had couple of minor issues that needed company's advise. Each occasion they have helped, and gone way above.
I.e I needed lightbulb replacement and emailed and asked what lightbulb I should buy and following day they set me a new light free of charge.
Their after care is outstanding!
