Very Very poor care and attention given to customers, only interested in taking your money. if you just want to spend money and don't care how you are treated as a customer, then you couldn't find a more suitable place.

NEVER EVER BUY OVER THE TELEPHONE OR ON LINE AS THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN WITH YOUR ORDER, REALLY GOOD AT SAYING SORRY AS THEY ARE USING THAT WORD ALOT. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THAY JUST DONT CARE AS THEY ARE SO BUSY TAKING MONEY SO THEY FORGET ABOUT PROVIDING A SERVICE, BUT THE BUBBLE WILL BUSRT IF THEY DONT START CARING. ONE STAR AS YOU CANT GIVE NO STARS.

Found the staff aloof and didnt show much interest in our custom. I find the whole idea of online offers not available in the store very disappointing after wed made the effort (and at our expense!) to visit the barn. The products I wanted to buy turned out to be double the price. Whilst the products are satisfactory theyre nothing outstanding. Certainly no better than Molton Brown, where I have always been made to feel welcome. Therefore I wont be purchasing this brand again in future, solely down to the lack of service from the staff in the barn. **After receiving the companys response, I contacted the named person who is their Head of Retail, and was disappointed with the mediocre response which endorses our initial thoughts that we will never shop with this company again. Woeful and disappointing!!
