        grate company to order frm if any orders are late it's not the houses direct fault it's the delivery services fault

        I called to order a hose and reel for my pressure washer,I was told it would have to be ordered and wouldnt be dispatched until august. I waited a couple of days and got a call from David who said he had great news,he had managed to get me one. I had it 4 days later,excellent customer service and would highly recommend

        I made an order and when it arrived it was wrong . I phoned them and politely explained the problem where I was verbally abused , only later to find out he was a manager . I now have fittings I cannot use and have to buy correct ones from another company that can supply correct ones . Please go elsewhere and get better service and correct product
