        I called Nile and spoke to Sanjay (Hes the owner). How rude can someone be!!! I asked for an appointment to come view some worktops, he said I need to go on his website and choose up to 3 colours. I tried explaining that the colours did not show up on the web page but he just would not listen. He kept on interrupting when I was talking and was not helpful whatsoever. This guy has no idea on how to speak to customers or have customer service skills. I dont understand why customers cant go and see what catches their eye. Looking at colours on the website might not be ideal for all customers!!! I definitely wont be going here and giving them my money

        I bumped into Martine today by fluke delivering samples to a shop locally that sell Nile Stone. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. I have now gone on to make my order! Thank you so much would highly recommend!

        Unreliable! Stop responding!! We waiting 1 month for slabs and they are saying every time different dates!! Staff is quite rude!! I would avoid this company at any cost!!!
