        Cant believe they were open yesterday. Got my new watch adjusted by Jamie. Did it while I waited and made sure it felt perfect. Thanks and hope you have a great new year

        Fantastic service today from Jamie, engraved a trophy for my son and fixed a pair of high heels that I thought were past help! Couldnt recommend him more!

        Consistently terrible service. Sandals with new soles peeled in a month or two. Boots re-heeled, uneven and messy. Appalling. I blame lousy company training of staff. Wish I could find an independent to go to instead. Oh and not forgetting very high prices for shoddy workmanship
