        I called yesterday morning with an urgent request for an EPC. I was booked in for late in the afternoon and Andrew arrived exactly when he said he would. His comprehensive report arrived in my inbox at 9.30am this morning. Apart from being very pleasant and efficient to deal with, his charge was less than half that quoted by the letting agent for doing the same job.
