Visited Clifton Nurseryin Weybridge Saturday 29/04/23. Young lady in the cafe was helpful, smiley. Lovely tasty hot toasty and coffee came very quickly despite the cafe being busy. I ordered a slice of carrot cake . Possibly the best carrot cake Ive ever tasted So good I asked for 2 more slices to take home. Definitely would recommend this cafe.

Last year Clifton in Addlestone re-landscaped our garden. They are expensive, we knew that, but we hoped that this would bring with it good workmanship and excellent after care and service. How wrong could we be. Any issues raised come with the same response - it's not covered by the warranty or it's outside the warranty! We lost 3 trees because they didn't provide jackets but also didn't give us watering instructions. A patio that was only laid in November 2021 already needs re-pointing. The lawn has bumps all over the place and the drainage isn't working properly so we're having to bring in a lawn specialist. Plants were lost which after repeated requests they replanted but during a very cold and frosty week in January as they said they were going onto another job, so most probably many haven't survived. We really like the garden and what they've done but be careful. Very simply, they are professional and reasonably pleasant whilst they're taking your money during the job, but afterwards don't expect any high level of service or care.
