I'm so grateful to have Wendy as my consultant. She has helped me every step of the way with my weight loss journey. With her constant support I have gained back my confidence and have gained independence and turned my life around. She's always there when I need her and I really enjoy my weekly chats with her. Honestly I can't recommend her enough she's amazing. The One2One diet is brilliant, best choice I've ever made and has given me the best results in the quickest time with all their tasty products! When I first decided to go on the one 2 one diet I was a little apprehensive as to whether I would be able to keep to it and if the food would be ok. But once I had Spoken to Wendy and she had explained step by step the diet I felt so much better. Wendy has been a great influence and encouraged me all the way. As an older woman I have problems with my health which I spoke to Wendy about, I was asked to note any medical problems, what drugs I take and any allergies I might have. I can honestly say after only 3 weeks I feel so much better. I have lost weight and also inches on my body. The food is very simple to prepare and there is a variety to choose from. I would like to thank Wendy and the one 2 one diet for all their help and support Susan Hennessey.
