They forget to refer you to specialist and do not care that you are suffering.

Only got a 1 because they answer the phone apart from that absolute disgrace, I would like to know what the doctors are doing because never have never seen anyone in there. I can't request prescriptions over the phone can it get any worse. All you do is close the online booking after 5 minutes after opening it. All you do is pass the people onto 111 or hospital so what exactly do you do pray tell?

If I could give 0 I would. Will just send you up the hospital for appointments. Not fit for purpose. Covid made the practice lazy

The booking is not user friendly for people who are working full time The booking window should be longer and If contact with patient is not possible by doctor/ nurses a text message should follow for the patient to call back to a dedicated phone line Really disappointed with the service for whatever staffing reasons The surgery use to provide an excellent service before but has gone downhill.

So disappointed with the receptionist whom I spoke this morning for my daughters repeat antibiotic prescription. Phoned the practice at 8:30 and I was on the 26 queue and when finally answered she said its full to capacity but said she will submit a request form and to call back in the afternoon for the confirmation. When I called back spoke to a different receptionist and she said there wasnt a form submitted earlier and now shes not sure if the doctor will sign it off. The worst thing is when you asked for a repeat prescription they even questioned you why you needed it so soon, are you a clinician to assess or have you ever been taking into consideration that my child is only 1y.o not well spot out most of the medicine and vomited it couple of times. Even if you tried to explain she wont even bother to listen and talking back even I am still finishing my sentence. I am a foreigner and I felt this practice is not treating everyone fairly and she was very disrespectful. I know it can be very busy but you are dealing with anxious/worried patients/next of kin taking time to listen matters and please do your job properly and dont let us wait for nothing or give us false hope. Looks like my daughter will be missing her antibiotic. Staff please be kind and considerate because we will not contact your team if we dont need your time and help.
