        During peak times there is a queue but other than that just a normal working pharmacy. Staff are friendly & helpful enough.

        There is nobody managing this pharmacy... just two pharmacists who are clearly overwhelmed. They have been desperately understaffed for three months but have chosen not to recruit anybody to help out despite the growing backlog. My current prescription was submitted ten days ago. Unprofessional would be an understatement.

        I know you dont know how to manage a queue but your phone rings and rings and if it is answered it disconnects what kind of service or MHS care is this? Every little helps when you use technology properly!!!!!!
