        First Class Dental technician right from initial entering her room, she was extremely helpful & very friendly nothing was a problem, she explained what the problem was, and what the next thing was for me to do. Would have given 5 stars but Im sorry to say the receptionist is a bit blunt with the initial phone enquiry making appointments she needs to be a bit more customer friendly when talking to customers in the Practice
