Cant believe you are even allowed to operate! Joke of a company

If I could give 0 i would , this company is an absolute nightmare, I've tried to explain to them I'm not the registered keeper of the vehicle, and my ex employer is responsible for these fines as it never stated in my contract, I've tried to resolve this multiple times I've only ever been sent 1 letter in march 2023 saying a parking ticket was over due , they take months to reply to emails,they don't answer the phone or listen to what is being said. So it seems leaving a review is the only way I can get a response

I have been issued a PCN by CPM parking due to a stay in woodlands road car par, Teeside. On the day in question the machine was broken and didnt acknowledge payment. I thought it did as I Put 5 in the machine. The next day the car park was being managed by a male attendant due to a broken machine. I was then issued a PCN with a discount 60 moving to 100 after 2 weeks. It took over 2 weeks for the letter to reach my address resulting in the discount not being applied. I appealed and CPM basically dont want to deal with paperwork but want the money. They had a chance to look at cameras at the machine and will see me putting money in it. All they cared about was the camera on entry and exit to the car park. 100 for a 3.60 ticket. This fine was then sent to ZZPS limited with an increased fine of 170. After appealing again the decision was made to pay this fine. I feel there has not been a proper investigation conducted, I was not given the fair advantage to pay this fine first as the machine was broken and I cant help the postal strikes. I am currently a student and this is a ridiculous amount of money to pay. I feel like I have not been listened to and find maybe I will be listened to on reviews. The experience of this PCN has been shocking, CPM Parking and ZZPS has been shocking. Can someone please contact me so I can discuss this further as it is really playing with my anxiety.

The worst company in the world. Firstly their client made a mistake (parking eye) then they continue to harass me with letters. Call there customer services and the worst experience ever they try to bully you on the phone being condescending and patronizing. Send them evidence from their client (parkingeye) that state they made a mistake and cancel all action. Send them an attachment with both their last received letter with the parking eye cancellation letter and they email back saying they still going to Chase me for the money. Either Im completely blind and cant see how clear this is or the world has gone mad. Waiting to go court see what a judge thinks. Make sure you deal with any matters with this company in writing only dont trust them on the phone and use that against them and go to court.
