Quite Simply Catering

QSC recently catered for my husband's funeral. They took all concern away which great efficiency, handling everything so calmly and smoothly despite extra people arriving. The food was perfect. They left the kitchen looking better than when they arrived. I want to thank them all for doing such a great job.

LEFT FEELING VERY LET DOWN - We received a quote for supply of staff for a party, which we confirmed almost immediately (within 24hrs). We received no reply to our acceptance email, which concerned us. She then disappeared without trace, we sent emails, texts and left voicemails for almost a week, all of which went unanswered so we were unable to establish whether or not we had the booking. A one line text message saying e.g. sorry we can no longer fulfil this would have been fine rather than keep us hanging on all that time. I appreciate it probably represented a small order for them financially, but that is not an okay way to behave. Eventually we had to give up trying to contact, leaving us scrabbling around trying to find staff with only a week to go before the event, which proved very difficult.

Quite Simply Catering catered our engagement drinks and were superb, going above and beyond. Cant wait to have another party to invite them back!
