I ordered a fetal heart doppler on the 27th of April at about 11am and it arrived at my home on the 28th of April at 2:50pm.. Absolutely fantastic service, such fast delivery. The actual doppler is very good quality and came with the ultrasound gel needed for contact. As a midwife and as a expectant mother I would highly recommended Ana Wiz. I received confirmation email immediately and a tracking email from DPD with in an hour or so of my purchase.

Applied for a job her twice and they never had the decency to respond All they did was say unsuccessful if they treat there potential staff this way I wonder how they treat there customers?

I ordered my breastpump on the 12th September. Until now I havent received any update from their side. I have sent an email for follow up and no response to their side. So I called today and found out that my order hasnt been dispatched yet. 8 days now. The customer service was not very helpful and said someone will call me and nobody have called me. Wont order from them again and definitely not recommending this shop.

Im actually really supriced and think it's ridiculous spending 170 on a pump to find out they come with the wrong flange sizes but won't let you send it back to swap for the right size, so they want you to then buy the right falndge size for 12 then add a 11 delivery fee, 11 for postage is beyond a joke, I'm now left with a pump I can't use and they won't refund me , really wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless your made of money to buy all extra things you need, it says it's a quite product ,it's very loud and vibrates on and off ,I'm really struggling for money right now and desperately needed this pump I'm so shocked at customer service when I rang up that they couldn't offer to send one out free of charge for me to send the wrong size back like most company's
