        Booked vehicle online, called to reconfirm 4 days later to be told vehicle may not be available but would check and call back in 30 mins never received call back so emailed and got a response that NO vehicle was available although my email says booking confirmed. If I hadn't of called I would have had NO vehicle on the day of my house move. Shocking customer service. Cannot understand why it shows as wokingham/bracknell branch is the same as Reading with DIFFERENT opening hours but same address. Something is not quite right.
