Visited Keith a couple weeks ago and was extremely happy with the results. I got a deep tissue massage and my chronic neck and shoulder pain had disappeared. Keith was great at assessing my issues and tailoring a suitable approach. Can highly recommend.

I am sooo glad I stumbled across KR Massage! Keith worked absolute wonders on my neck and back. Being a desk jockey, I struggle with knots, tension and poor posture, and on this occasion I was stiff and in much pain. He used Myofascial Release to ease tension and loosen me up, then worked his magic on all the trouble spots. After an hour with Keith I came away feeling 100% better, and better educated on stretching exercises, best practice with posture et al. Keith takes a holistic approach and is the consummate professional worth every penny spent!

Having just completed my first half marathon I was a little sore so decided to treat myself to a sports massage. I am so glad I did Keith really knew what he was doing and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The venue was immaculately clean and had a nice feel about it. I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone thinking of having a massage!
