        I have worked with many recruitment professionals over the years, and I must say that these have not always been consistently positive experiences. Pete and I worked together on a vacancy some time ago that wasnt to be, but he kept in touch - checking in periodically just to touch base and keep up to date with my career. Therefore when Pete called to discuss my current role I already knew that he was confident that it was right for me and that I was right for it. There is no wide cast net approach, but targeted, professional talent sourcing. Throughout the process Petes communication was thorough, and even when on leave ensured that a colleague maintained the same level of service.
