Visited today at 3:30pm & a sign on the door to say closed. This happens quite regularly due to staff shortages either for an hour / two to catch up on orders or for a day. Queues are long & it's really frustrating. It isn't the staff's fault but they were bought out by Aurelias group in 2022 & they don't appear to be investing at all, won't hire new staff, fully stock medicine. It's having an impact on society / local communities & they should be held to accounts

I am giving a 1 star only. These chemist branches in Addlestone used to be absolutely brilliant and I just want to know what the hell happened in the last couple of years? You used to only have to wait 10 mins at the most for a prescription, but now it's bordering on almost an hour?? It's shut half the time without any warning, or just closes early because they "can't get the staff" and just seem so disinterested when customers become irate with it all. The reason they say they make you wait 45 mins, because of a software issue that was installed that came from the US, well that says it all really, but if it the old system wasnt broken, why fix it? One day I walked in there to get my medication,4 staff were at the back talking, one looked at me and went right back to talking, it was about 15 mins before any one of them decided to see what I wanted. It's absolutely terrible. If they are going close, just close and let someone else take over.

At least two days running I have visited this store to collect an order only to find it locked up during the advertised opening hours. Two wasted journeys! Not happy.

This is the 4th day in a row when I'm unable to pick up my vital prescriptions from this pharmacy. Another day of IT issues. So what gonna be the excuse for tomorrow?

This pharmacy is ridiculous. This is the third day in a row when I'm unable to pick up my vital prescribed medication. One of these days, three pharmacists were doing something meaningless background work, and strangely, none of them asked us as customers what we were waiting for in a long que? This morning, they did not open their doors because a pharmacist was in late, and then a couple of hours later, now, there's a sign showing that they have some IT issues? So what is going on at this place?
