Based on my experience, British clerks are racists at this organisation but BREXIT pays back. Darren, the manager and his employees are incapable of cooperating with, as they call them, 'ethnic origins' in contrast they deserved to be treated in the same way as local British population. Graciousness is not in Darren's vocabulary because he is not interested in. He is also hiding and does not wish to answer for my enquiries. He thinks he is above the law.

I get it about the virus but I think you need a couple of chairs in reception as some people cannot stand for long periods. Even a few moments in some cases.
