Decent service overall. Ordered online Wednesday evening and item delivered (to NI) on the Monday afternoon. Can't really argue with that. Only thing that let it down was I didn't receive any updates about dispatch or delivery so was just lucky I was at home at the time.

Ordered a saw that was in stock , pay for it at nearly 300 to be then told it was no longer available 3 days later . After 4 phone calls chasing my refund 4 weeks later still no joy......

Similar to a previous poster. Ordered an 'in stock' item. When i chased they admitted it was not in stock, but was expected within a few days. Two weeks later when i chased, was told it would be 3 months+ so requested a refund. Had to chase refund (4 calls, 2 emails (never responded) over the course of a month. Finally got refund. No apology, no reason for delay. I paid immediately, took a month for a refund. Not a good experience.

Well what can I say another than I should have read the reviews before buying from this lot. Bought a circular saw from there website and when it arrived it was a different model from the one I bought. After contacting them they finally managed to send out a courier to collect it after waiting for weeks and they said they would replace it for the correct one. Finally when the next saw arrived I opened the box to see that it was the exact same one they sent out in the first place. So after contacting them again to ask for a refund and the saw to be collected once again it took weeks for a courier to come and to this day I am still waiting for my refund. This is now over 3 months I've been waiting and they now won't answer my calls. This company has absolutely no regards for anyone but themselves, shocking behaviour.
