I got a Rock-Ola Jukebox for my 70th birthday - best present ever. I'm able to fill it with all my favourite music. The Games Company is a fascinating place to visit & if you're thinking of purchasing a Jukebox I highly recommend it as the place to go.

Purchased a Wurlitzer 1900 Centennial Vinyl Jukebox from the Games Room Company, the restoration is perfect, the appearance looks great. Tiny little mechanical problems occurs after the long way delivery to Hong Kong, their team (John and Paul) helped us to sort it out and taught us to repair over several video calls, very helpful. Overall, not much proactive update throughout the process, however, they do delivery on time. Good Machine, the lighting and the sound are amazing.

UPDATE! Do not lie Alexander!! Ive got emails from you admitting you sold my machine in August when I said I was overseas for the month as you guys were sending me emails begging me for money when I was away! I said I was not comfortable giving you any more money before Ive seen the machine in the flesh. And rightly so Im glad I didnt give you anymore money when youd sold my machine! And your partner (Malcolm) Sent me an email in November when I found out the machine I went to pay the outstanding deposit was not the machine I agreed to buy in February when I paid the deposit You partner (Malcolm) said the machine I had paid for you believed to be fake so you had to refurbish a new one and this is why the machine I paid the deposit for was not available. However you didnt get both your stories straight and you admitted to selling the machine I paid the deposit for in August to another customer because youre greedy. When a client pays a deposit that is their machine and you had no right to sell it and assume Id be ok to buy another refurbished machine without telling me. Its shocking you think this is ok. And the machine you tried to sell me In replacement had missing paper work unlike the original machine I agreed to buy from you in February. Youre a very dishonest company and if anyone would like to see the emails then feel free to reach out to me Please see trust pilot For my totally honest reviews about this scam company. Took an 11k deposit from me in February 2022 and still have not refunded me after trying to sell me A totally different pinball machine to what I agreed to purchase. So do not pay this company any money upfront as you cant trust them in anyway to deliver what was agreed. Alexander the CEO is a scammer and hes going to learn the hard way for his arrogant attitude now the Bailiffs are coming knocking All I wanted was a refund and youve had to make this hard for yourselves , now costing your company more money as I want the interest for my illegally held money

Purchased a pinball table from them. The item was faulty but they refused to respond to emails or a voice message. Other members of the supply chain (Stern, Electrocoin) were very quick to respond but could not proceed without contact from the Games Room Company. Still no response from these folks after more than a month of trying. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Well what an experience a luxury pool/dining table and side board quoted on 14th June 2021 and order placed on 16th June 2021. This was based on an October delivery. In October we started chasing as we knew the shipping was a couple of weeks, after days and days then turning into weeks of chasing it appeared our table had not been ordered with the manufacturers !! A further few weeks of endless and constant chasing via email, text and phone calls to then finally have it confirmed that we would not receive it pre-Xmas even though the table itself was made. Admittedly then The Games Room company did lend us a showroom table to get us through Christmas which was appreciated but will take the shine off of our new table. So we then missed the December shipping and it was confirmed it would be shipped on the 24th January and they would contact us on the 26th to book in delivery and installation. No contact was made as usual until we tried to ring today, on 1st February. We were told that we would receive a call back today to which we havent. Tried calling again this evening as they are open but anyone we could speak to was not in. For a non-essential piece of furniture as a fun family item this has been the worse purchase I have ever made. My wife has spent literally hundreds of hours chasing has been pushed around what I can only assume is every member of the team. If I had been dealing with trying to get the table it would have been cancelled long ago !!! UPDATE As I posted this we did receive a call back. I was expecting this to say that all had been resolved but instead it said they had the table and no sideboard had been shipped out of Europe .. the whole point in waiting a further number of weeks was so that was shipped with the table. I am actually more disappointed that all the other reviews are good, it must just mean its our order they do not care about.
