I was not impressed with the staff. The showroom had amazing bathrooms. The 2 staff at the desk could not be bothered to help me. I was the only customer in the store but they insisted I make an appointment. They missed a sale of 9000 because this how much I spend on buying 4 fantastic quality from Junction 2, the customer service was very personal and great discount. I imagine the 2 staff could not be bother because its not their business and they are not paying the bills.
