        I didn't use this funeral director for mum's funeral but I wish I had. I telephoned them a few weeks ago because I was unhappy with the funeral director I had chosen. I spoke to a lovely lady called Laura who gave me more information in 10 minutes than I had received from my funeral director in 4 weeks. If I find myself in the unfortunate position of having to arrange another funeral I would not hesitate to use Walter G Wortt.
