Halfords Autocentre Weybridge

Charged twice for a service, told several times a refund had been processed and to take it up with head office. Head office then informs me a refund request had not been raised so iv just had a chunk of my money sat with Halfords due to sheer incompetence. Taken me three weeks of persistence to get my own money back.

So...I have been there few times...the staff are great,helpful,professional..but... I booked wheel alignment.I paid for this service immediately. 2 hours before my appointment,the Halfords has cancelled,because the device broked down.OKAY,but 3 days after,I still did not received my money back.I think is very unfair,we have to pay before we going to garage,and they cancel the appointment,just few hours before the time,and after we have to wait 5 days to get our money back.I am sad,that garage very good,but this thing make me sad. The team were so helpful as I was originally nervous as first MOT on my Tesla. However the guys knew exactly how to deal with electric vehicles. Would highly recommend them.
