        Absolutely superb. It was such a relief to talk to a real human being who understood what they were talking about and were not simply reading a script in a call centre. Hallelujah. Paul was happy to give advice over the phone, the engineer who came out to us was on the money and very clear in what he said. When we needed a new washing machine SRB talked us down from a more expensive product, and delivered and installed the cheaper one the same day. We're delighted with their advice. I couldn't be more impressed with the service, honesty, care and good sense. Very highly recommended indeed. If it was possible to give them eleven out of ten then I would.
