Worst estate agents. Making huge mistakes with DPS money. We had rats in the building and their answer was I will let the landlord know (Lie)or the landlord just ignored it. We were for a week without hot water waiting for someone to come and fix the boiler and at the end I had to get ugly. The boiler was very old and had never been served. From the beginning the monoxide alarm never worked I had to buy my own. Whatever you ask them, they say sent an email to send it to the landlord and you never get an email back saying what the landlord said, or get a response 3 weeks later. The landlord and the agency were horrible helping during the lockdown not considering the tenants situation. We went into rent arrears bacause we could only payed half during May and June and and we have to give notice to leave because we couldn't pay and they sent one of those eviction letters (We have since paid and don't owe them anything) One year was more than enough.
