Excellent service, the women working in the post office section is amazing she is always helpful, cheerful , gets to know her customers and is very insightful despite any adversitys I use to drop my business parcels there and theres never been an issue thank you

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. The person I talked to was very rude and could try to talk to customer a bit nicer. Made me feel bad.

I had a bad experience with the customer service here. Beforehand, I checked my parcel size which is 0.5cm and the guy at the counter refused to send as it didn't fit his standard. The website clearly says the parcel 0.5cm can be sent by letter but he doesn't follow the rule and being extremely inefficient and rude. He has his standard narrower than what it should be as he mentioned the letters should enter the gap generously, not just fit in the gap. If that's the case, letters must be less than 0.3cm to fit this guy's standard. He's extremely unhelpful! Never go again.
