Disappointed with our food from here. Ordered as a takeaway and could tell the pizzas were cooked well, but the toppings were poor quality and lacking in flavour. My truffle pizza supposedly had gorgonzola but couldn't really taste it, the sausage was bland and honey too overpowering. We also had a focaccia side that just tasted like burnt pizza dough - certainly not worth 8!

How to totally destroy a restaurant with a bad manager. I am speechless. I order from zia Lucia multiple times a month, as I like their pizza and I work close to them. This evening I ordered via JustEat, which is a kind of legal scam, the app is saying that the driver is at the restaurant but no one is there. There is no way to contact just eat and this is stressing me out, but what really made me furious is the manager of the restaurant answering to me " this is not my problem sir" YOU ARE A PARTNER OF JUST EAT, THIS IS TOTALLY YOUR PROBLEM, YOUR SHOULD CONTACT THEM AND CANCEL MY ORDER AT LEAST, AS I CAN' T DO THAT. Writing a review for them and for just eat at the mean time, is the only way I have to defend my right... this evening I lost 31 because neither them or JustEat are able to provide a decent customer service ! Many compliments, your lost one of your most loyal clients in a phone call !
