        Training with Chris at Genesis has been an amazing journey over the last year! With underlying health issues I was nervous to begin training but he has worked with me so carefully to build back up my strength and health that has given me back a good quality of life. Conscientious, constantly asking how my body is feeling, checking in frequently to see how my energy levels and progression are going. I really couldnt recommend this company enough.
