The receptionists are so rude that it actually makes you feel like a burden when calling. Abrupt, rude and a dismissive manner is just what you want to hear when you don't feel great. There needs to be a serious overhaul and change of direction in customer service - looking at the other reviews, I see I am not the only person feeling this way.

If i could give 10 starts i would. The team at this surgery is exceptional! Everyone is really kind, attentive and professional. Specially a lady called Rosmery. She is always so helpful in a really CARING way. I have never encounter such a level of professionalism and kind manner. She's stellar!!!!!! There is a new male nurse names Giovan, who is also an angel! I just got my flu shot and didn't feel anything! He made is feel at ease and comfortable. They are truly wonderful and true NHS heroes over there! Visting the practice today was wonderful, something you would never expect after going to the doctor, which is always a faff. Thank you team for your empathy, professionalism and wonderful manner.

I have tried since my registration to take a phone appointement with a nurse and an appointement for blood test. Between the recording machine and the e booking I havent been able to do so ! What is the alternative please?

I'm editing my review from 2 stars to 1 as I requested a repeat prescription more than a week ago which has not been fulfilled. If this is not completed in the next two days I think i'll have to resort to an urgent care department.
