My partner and I rented from Walter for two years. The flat was lovely - looked good, everything worked and was in good condition. Walter was a great landlord, friendly and always really quick to respond to the few minor issues we had - he always had the plumber / electrician etc round very quickly to fix them and would be in touch afterwards to make sure they had turned up and done a good job. Highly recommended.

I loved living in my little flat for the past year with the pets. John and Walter are great landlords and always friendly. Any problems were always sorted very quickly and they always made me feel that I could go to them with any problems. I will miss living there and had the best time at the property.

Walter has been the most professional and responsive landlord I have rented from. From the day I moved in any issues I had were dealt with in a matter of days, if not less. You get the distinct impression he wants his tenants to be happy where they are. I will be sad to see the flat go and will be definitely keeping in contact for if I ever move back to London. I wish you all the best Walter and thank you for everything.

I lived in one of Walters houses for the past four years and had a fantastic experience. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always happy to help. It would be difficult to find a better landlord in London and I would highly recommend him and WD Real Estate to anyone.
