Had a total of 14 items missing, pretty much all of the herbs and spices, and had to sit on the phone for over 20 minutes to get a resolution. The resolution was that I couldnt get a full refund despite almost half of each meal being missing! Its now nearly 9pm so who knows what Ill do for dinner. Time to try Hello Fresh.

Abysmal, unreliable delivery service. Gousto have had nearly 2 months to resolve the issue of my box not being delivered to my front door...sometimes its left outdoors in the elements! Rather close to cancelling this service...there are so many other providers out there. *edit -March 2023 I opted to use the DPD weekend service. After a good run receiving the box at my apartment front door, the box has now once again been delivered outside. However further away from my front door, at my carpark gates or on the public footpath!

Ive been using Gousto on and off for about 5 years. However Im very disappointed with the customer service that I received today. After a busy day yesterday I forgot to place my food order for this weekend. Gousto emailed today to say they had ordered on my behalf. All well and good except that I am not keen on what the have ordered or the quantity. So I contacted Gousto today to ask them to amend the order which they refused to do as I was just past the cut off time. I appreciate that there are reasons for cut off times but to show no flexibility at all is very disappointing. I have now paused my subscription and will now being trying Hello Fresh next week.

If I could give than I would give -stars. We ordered from Gousto and today was the second time that our food was delivered to another home. We wanted our food box and not just refund. We live in the countryside with no shops around. My wife is pregnant and it is unacceptable that this can happen twice. We were told first time that it won't happen again. Apology is not enough.

Awful experience. Over half of ingredients missing from box and when approached Gousto on this matter they only refunded a slight credit into my account. Definitely wouldnt recommend if you want to lose money and have no food for the planned week.

Gousto have had nearly 2 months to resolve the issue of my box not being delivered to my front door...sometimes its left outdoors in the elements!
