I booked an appointment with Rhiarna for a men's cut and finish. Wanted something very common: short on the side faded up and a bit longer on top to be able to style my hair... it took 45 minutes for my hairdresser to completely mess up my hair. The side were not faded at all, I had a big line in the middle of my sides and I'm not even going to talk about the back. The hair on top sides was so long compared to the bottom I could not even believe that she was really done when she "finished". I literally had to go to a hairdresser next door to fix my hair and they were appalled that a hairdresser at a medium to high end salon could even do this.
If you are a man willing to get a basic hair cut and if you care about your hair, DO NOT go to their Rush Salon. I'm still speechless but thankful for the other hair salon who fixed me.
Also Rush if you read this, I hope that you use my 35 pounds for training purposes on some of your employees, some clearly need it. Service: Hairstyling

So shocked at the level of unprofessionalism here. I was scheduled in to have my hair dyed and cut with Rhiarna, I even booked and outlined what I wanted to have done a week before. I arrived, they said to sit down whilst they continued to chat amongst themselves and then told me they had run out of hair dye and toner. Considering I had booked and taken the time out of my day to come here, its really unprofessional for their stock to run out and to not let me know until I'm in the salon (I don't live near it), the two ladies in the shop were not apologetic and then said we can dye your hair but it will be the same shade as it is now. The fact they recommended for me to waste my money is so unprofessional. I said no thank you and walked out to headmasters next door - would recommend massively. Such amazing friendly customer service and even managed to fit me in on such short notice. I won't be going to rush again after this and neither will any of my friends. Avoid at all costs - you'll find a better salon like headmasters at a cheaper price and a much nicer atmosphere where you're treated like a valued customer. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
