The doctors and staff here are terrible. They seem to enjoy making your life as difficult as possible

From registering and being consulted by Pharmacy, it was refreshingly obvious attention to detail and going the extra mile was important.. I can see my Doctor most days if not get a call back that day. They have taken time to get to know me. I'm very impressed, these people have helped my ongoing recover. Thanks again Jonny Calvert

Excellent GPS, excellent reception staff, excellent nurses and excellent nurse assistants. I am with Bush Doctors for more then 30 years all Doctors has been very compassionate, empathic, supportive and understanding. I wish them all very healthy and long life.

Trying to call this place is an actual myth, you have more luck winning the lottery. Im not sure if its lack of staff or lack of organisation from management but I have never seen a medical practice be sooo hard to get a hold of. The fact that you cant book appointments in advance and have to call on the day absolutely blows my mind and when you do try to call the line never goes through or if by some miracle you do get through as you get close to the front of the queue the phone just cuts and then it goes back to not going though/user busy. PLEASE TELL ME WHY A GP PRACTICE HAS A USER BUSY MESSAGE WHEN CALLING. When you try to call them it says user busy and cuts the phone. Absolute joke! I have sat in the waiting room and tried calling and watched the receptionist not pick up the phone and instead proceed to have a giggle with her colleague. What happened to putting patients first?!
