It was 11/12/2022, I was busy to find some food for my diner and went around 22:56 to buy some foods from sainsbury local in shepherd bush. It was disaster. They close the the shop at 22:56, but when I check online it s open until 23:00 , I asked the staff who was standing there, still I have 4 mins . but he ignore me. So I told him I am gonna complain about this. but he told me 'I dont care ' , I am so disappointed. I never ever come to sainsbury Local.

Ordered from uber, didn't get what I ordered. Only a little bag with 3 items only. Charged me extra. Will never ever order. Delivery driver was nice guy, was keep saying sorry while it wasn't his fault. I would say that the staff is lazy and irresponsible. Will never ever order from them. Useless!

The lady behind the counter today at 2:15pm, was avoiding wanting to serve me and she would rather have me wait for the checkouts which were currently busy. Disappointed.
