MADIHA. i regularly use this branch of muskaan for the eyebrow and beauty section of the shop. for the simple fact that madiha is the only person i will allow to touch my eyebrows or lashes. she does a fantastic job and my eyebrows and lashes always look amazing and last ages. she is quick and effective. 2022: Awful experience. The lady made my eyebrows sooo painful and take some skin out near my eye. 2023: I came back again after one year and another lady was doing my eyebrows, and seriously i can do better and she ruined my eyebrows. DONT GO HERE PLEASE AWFULL!!!! waste of money and I just went here again bc my fav place was closed! Service: Eyebrow shaping

Please dont go here if you are a POC. This is the most racists and directly and indirectly racist please I have ever been in London. The south East Asians working here the most racist and disgusting problem I have ever seen. They treat WHITES nice and treat anyone else disgusting. I went for a mani and pedi. Im A black girl. A white lady and I were in the line waiting, we both got attended to at same time. They told me to pay in advance and whilst they let her go ahead to do her nails. They didnt ask her to pay in advance. Whilst I was getting my nails and feet done the south East Asians working there were looking and gossiping and laughing. Within the space of ten minutes before my nails were even done I was told to transfer to get my feet done, when I sat down the lady did my pedi, scrubbed my feet with a tool for 5 min, not even removing any dead skin from my feet or scrubbing it as a professional pedi would be done, next she started painting my feet. I was shocked. Remember they told me to pay in advance so I paid 65. To get a racist half hearted rushed and inconsiderate disgusting treatment. If you are a person of colour, please avoid this place they are scammers and racist. Never going again. Service: Pedicure
