Great personalised customer service. They take the time to explain your prescription instead of sending you to the glasses straight away. They were also very good at advising me on what would suit my face shape and did not rush me in making a decision. The bonus was that I got Prada glasses at Internet prices but had a chance to try them on first! Although I was tempted by the unique Dario Martini brand - maybe next time!

I know the man who runs this place hes a good man Id your early Tyrone times he pays for you to have a cup of tea in the cafe next door , friendly an reliable staff.

Used them once, wasn't overly impressed by the service. Felt like the man was charging me a premium price for a midrange product and the glasses took a long time to arrive. Very pushy sales. I was sold a pair of glasses that didn't really match my requirements because he was so desperate to close a deal that we didn't get to discuss different coatings and other options. When I brought this up he did give me a discount and change the coating hence the 3 stars and not 1 star. I blocked their number about a year ago and I still get calls every month or so. I wanted to support a local optician but the service costs as much as Boots while not providing Zeiss lenses and nice coatings. The frames were nice but the lenses were too heavy and they would not stay in place in front of my eyes. And they were not as optically clear as Zeiss lenses. I was sold a two pairs combo deal when what I actually wanted was one very good pair of glasses not two midrange pairs (never wore the spares)
