Avoid them, lack of professionalism. Not recommended neither for tenants or landlords. They do viewings with hundreds of people booked for the same time. Also I paid deposit and had moving date, so i collected the key, went to to the flat and the landlord was still there doing some works nothing prepared or cleaned (like they say professional cleaning). Bunch of liars and money hungry people. Of course to get my deposit back I had to sent many emails and calls with 2 + weeks of waiting. This company shouldn't exist.

Laura C has been very helpful in managing the property and always makes sure she got the right outcome for both the tenants and me as the landlord. She is quick to respond to emails and I always felt I could message her so the relationship was good from the start. I would definitely recommend her to manage properties.
