I'm currently an user using the free version and I was having an issue with importing my contacts to a list. I had contacted support for help and almost immediately I received help from a customer representative, Don, who was polite, professional and incredibly helpful. The file I was trying to import wasn't entirely correct and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. The information was added and I was sent the now fixed file, above and beyond what I had expected. Great customer support that gives me full confidence in continuing using EmailOut as I go on.
