Rude staff the woman who did my babys jab did not even say hello how are you did not make eye contact and wouldnt open the door for me to leave the room even though I had a buggy and was carrying my child because I was rude by the way I was handed back the red book. Also went onto my GP record without my consent even though the appointment was for my baby

Like always terrible receptionist by phone. Have one woman that is really nice, but the rest is super rude and continually hang up on you. I try for more than one hour to have some "registration letter" to be able to use the patient access and they alway hang up on me. I already called 5 times. Worst GP I ever used. I don't recommend at all
