This place is just the worst and you will likely not get a appointment with them and you will have to call about 200 times until you can actually get threw to someone

After several miserable years using this surgery I have finally decided to register with someone new. Reception staff here seem to think it is their duty to frustrate the life out of patients by refusing appointments, claiming not to have received emails, and just generally behaving in an incredibly arrogant manner. I feel bad for NHS doctors and nurses who are being undermined by incompetent and spiteful admin staff like this.

I had a smear test today and I cannot praise the nurse enough! She is the best nurse I have ever had to deal with. She talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. She is a real asset to the morland road surgery.

PS PS
The SeniorMost GP failed to listen and was judgemental and was condescending for no proper reason, when they should have been compassionate. regarding my symptoms he did not do what was supposed. Did not request for relevant tests... did not prescribe relevant meds. He interrupted me and did nit listen to my problems. my condition is progressing really fast and my life is a nightmare..... I am struggling every day and night for months now and I am scared to visit again because I may be bullied again... I am facing medical negligence but have no funds to private.. If I become disabled or die soon, the GP is to be accountable....right ? Why do I have to even deal with this ?
